CAMPING AT SYKE FARM
We always try to make camping at Syke Farm Campsite a laid back and relaxing experience. The campsite has slowly evolved over the last 40 years from a basic field accommodating an occasional backpacker through the summer months, now being a prominent tourist hotspot popular with walkers and holiday makers.
We have spent the last couple of years making some improvements to the campsite, yet we are still trying to keep the back to basics feel that everybody loves.
STAYING WITH US
We have space on our campsite for around 50 tents and space for about 40 cars in the car park. If you book online we will ensure that you have a place to park your car, however you choose where you would like to pitch your tent. If you decide not to book, we do usually have plenty of space although there will be some occasions where we do fill up and there is no space.

BOOKING FOR TENTS
Booking a pitch at Syke Farm Campsite is a simple process which should take a couple of minutes. Unlike a lot of campsites, when you book a pitch with us we don't allocate you a place to put your tent, we give you the freedom to do this yourself. The reason that we do this is due to the layout and the topography of the site, and everybody has different tastes of where they would like to camp on our site.
Check availability and book online here. Booking online is the quickest way to secure your chosen dates as we are not always near the phone. All online bookings are provisional until confirmed by us via email; usually within 24 hours but in most cases you will receive confirmation within a few hours. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us.
We require a 50% Deposit at the time of booking, then the final balance is due 7 Days before you arrive.

PLEASE NOTE: Pitch numbers aren’t set pitches they are just reference numbers ( you pitch where you like on arrival).
